My 12 favorite pics from the 12th day of May. Met with a bride to be, captured a butterfly, said goodbye to a great friend from work and took some test shots for this year's United Way campaign (got the job, btw!) Pretty big day!

Hillary & Zack

This is Hillary, she is like one of my kids! She and I work together at the paper and she is always such a pleasure. She calls me her work mama and we are pretty sure, based on how much our parents are alike, that we are related. I love that she has found this super guy, Zack, to go out with. I know she reads my blog so I wanted her and everyone else to know how special she is to me. She is one of the best people you will ever meet. She loves God and is a constant reminder to me of how good He is. I thank him every day for her presence in my life.

Matter on the Front Page! WooHoo!

Did you see this promise a few minutes ago?

This was taken just a few minutes ago from our parking lot at work. We were all standing outside to look at this amazingly bright and gorgeous DOUBLE rainbow. It was so beautiful. You could see the arches so clearly and see both ends (well close anyway.) Patrick Sullivan took this shot. Stupid me left my camera laying on the couch this morning. UGH!

It's Matthew! On the front page of the paper last Wednesday. I didn't see it until the end of the day. He has a guy's arm in his face, but it is definitely him.
